A day in the life if Dinesh Singh
The job that I do is very tiring some. I an often tired. I
reach the school at 9.30 am. I have to teach seven periods until the school is
over. No leisure, no rest. Moreover, different guardians come to meet me.
Before assembly, there are at least tw
o guardians waiting for me. They often
ask nonsense questions. One says that he is professor of mathematics. His son
has been given poor marks. Another says that he and his wife both are doctors.
They have s tutor who comes everyday to teach their son, but he is still poor
in every subject. Even in the mid of class peon brings a slip which is simply a
call from the principal to meet a guardian. When I meet him. He says that his
son does not study at home. He does a lot of mischieves. Finally, when I enter
the principal’s office, the principal is ready to upset the mind. He asks to
prepare question for weekly test or monthly test. Sometimes he demands lesson
plans. Even 30 minute break tine for meals is interfered (disturbed) by
children’s fight. Perhaps god has no mercy for me. After the school, I stepped
out for bus. A bus comes fully packed. I get on pushing other passengers. I
reach home, but life has hardly any breathing. I am totally harassed.
